I have an account on 24 betting with my registered email id as m****4@gmail.com and registered mobile number+9***9 on 9th june 2023 i requested withdrawal of 2060 to my bank account however it showed successful on their website but i didn't received it, so after 5 days i contacted their support and they replied me withdrawal is successful, but i sent them my bank statement and told them to please investigate where is the money, i didn't received it, however they didn't investigated the issue and stopped replying to me, i request casinoguru team to please help me in resolving this issue

Could you please advise if you’ve submitted a ticket with Casino Customer Support and received any reply already? If you haven’t contacted the casino directly, please go to the website (https://24betting.com/casino), then open the live chat, and the live chatbot will immediately give options:

1) deposit problems

2) withdrawal problems

3) bet problems

Click on the relevant button and input the relevant details that the bot asks for. It is very fast and efficient. If you’ve already done so and received any kind of reply from the casino, please forward it to tomas@casino.guru and specify the ticket number.

we have already provided the IMPS confirmation code that the amount was sent on our side to the player

this is confirmation from our side that we have send the amount (2060 rs)


however, if the player still doesn't receive within 5 working days, we will credit his account again, and he can make another withdrawal

i am again attaching my bank statements from 8 june 2023 to till date, it is not credited, furthermore the imps number which you have provided me, i have given that to my bank customer care and they advised me this transaction is not made to your account, which you can also see from my bank statements, and the same i told you on email, but there is no reply from your side after 15 june 2023, since there is no option to attach pdf here, so i am emailing bank statements to tomas@casino.guru , i request mr tomas to kindly share bank statements with casino executive so that they can investigate it further, thanks

no problem


obviously there is some banking error or banking issue


we will add 2060 rs to your account now and you can make another withdrawal


try submitting different withdrawal bank details if it is possible


if it is not possible, dont worry, just use same bank details if you have no other options
