The player from India has requested a withdrawal almost two weeks ago. It has been pending since. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.

Dear sir,


Last 12 days, I was generated withdrawal request but still not accepted by 24betting team. I am continuously follow-up for this but still not respond from them.


I put the mail meny time and tickets generated but not a single mail from them against my withdrawal request.


Live support chat too not properly give answer regarding my withdrawal request.


He says management hold your payment but not provided reason.


Please help me sir.
