First, this customer set a weak password and had his ac breached; this is technically his problem, which he created, because if he set a strong password it would not be possible for someone else with his email address to guess his login password.
Then, he made his first complaint (about his own stupidity by the way) regarding 30,000, instead of being transparent and honest about this problem that he was actually disputing 30,0000 +30,000, because he wanted to us to pay for his 30,000 first, and bank this, before initiating an extended dispute with a second complaint afterwards with his next 30,0000.
Please explain to us, why this is our problem? and why we should we pay for his stupidity?

because in the Indian market most players 1) are changing their mobile phone number constantly and 2) have many phone numbers (which we know for a fact), so OTP verification is not suitable in reality.
if we implemented OTP on all withdrawals to registered mobile, we would receive thousands and thousands....and thousands of complaints each day, with players complaining that they didnt receive their OTP because they changed their number/ or are not using that number at the moment/ do not have that phone on them at the moment.
so OTP doesnt not work well at all, in reality, in this sector.
regardless, we already have implemented a new security feature this week which will take into account the stupidity of weak passwords, and the stupidity of people who set such passwords, and this will cut this problem going forward down zero. So you can say this a new form of verification we are using.
