Hello i deposit on 11.10.23 25€ but the min deposit amount is 29€ they say i should deposit 5€ more and it will ceedit automatically i deposit 10€ more but its not creditet they say it will credit end of the mont i dont understand why the deposit they get already they should add it

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your negative experience with 22bet Casino.

I checked the submitted communication and it seems that while the deposited sum eventually reaches the 0,02 ETH threshold, the funds will take longer to be credited to your account.

Since you deposited the amounts below the minimum requirement, it might take longer to process the payment, which might be outside of the casino's control.

As the casino representative advised, the funds will be credited at a later date.

I’m sorry we couldn’t be of much help now. I will leave this complaint open for a month and kindly ask you to keep us updated. Thank you very much for your understanding.

but why i dont understand it they say to me i deposit min i must deposit more then it will creditet automatically they say that i make it then i deposit again but now they say end of the month i can not accept that i will never play here again because it take 10 min to get crypto money from etherium
