When was the last time the casino responded to you? Since when is your account blocked?
Please note that the casino's last respond about reviewing your card was 3 days ago and currently it is weekend. I would definitely wait at least until the end of the next week for the casino to respond as it takes longer to verify it.
Regarding the account block - it is a common procedure that during verification, the account get blocked and it is reopen once the verification is complete.
Please keep us updated until the end of next week and let us know if there will be any news regarding the verification.

Please send them all the documents they requested. Unfortunately, you can't skip these steps if you want to be paid out. The casino is still within the norm as we had many cases where the casino requested much much more from the players. Keep us updated.
