The player from Finland had been waiting for a withdrawal for less than two weeks. Unfortunately, his payout had not been received yet. The player had expressed concern over the safety of sharing personal information like passport, driver's license, credit card, bank statements, and home address with the casino. He had also experienced technical issues with his withdrawal, with the casino's support suggesting the use of a different payment method. However, the player only had one bank account and one bank card. The casino was unable to process the withdrawal due to these limitations. Despite our efforts to resolve the issue, the player did not respond to our latest messages, leading to the complaint being rejected.

Youtube.com advertised 20bet as an online gambling website.

Rugby World Cup is currently on so thought I'd put a bet on a game.

I deposited 500€, and ended up losing 300€. I tried to do a withdrawl of remaining funds, however 1. Reason of decline: "The deposit amount must be wagered at least 3 (three) times for Casino/Live Casino bets and/or 1 (one) time for Sports bets prior to requesting a withdrawal. The wagering requirement must be completed in full before the funds can be withdrawn from the account." So I then completed this, and tried again to withdraw. 2. Reason of decline: "Please upload both sides of the card used for deposit with first 6, 4 last digits, expiry date and cardholder's name visible on the card. Please upload your ID/Passport/Driving Licenses document from both sides.". After sending in documentation and trying to withdraw, declined again 3. Please be informed that the transaction was declined by the issuing bank, we recommend contacting the bank for more information. We also recommend using a different card/payment method. I asked bank and appears 20bet have never tried to deposit money. 20bet then advised to try bank transfer withdrawl method. This was again decline 4. Reason of decline: "Please upload a screenshot of your online bank account with your name and IBAN (that you currently use for cashout) Also please upload a proof of address, that will have your full name, registered address, and issuance date within 90 days visible".


This final step I haven't done. I have now read other review online and it seems lots of other people have had the same problem. 20bet always comes up with excuse to not return money.

May I ask how much information is safe to give to 20bet? They are asking for copy of passport, drivers license, credit card, bank statements, home address. It personal feels unsafe to give out all this information to an already untrustworthy online site.

It was an issue of technical sort while trying to process the withdrawal on the card you chose. You could also try using a different card or way to pay.

Phillip, the withdrawal is declined since you are trying to use the same card from the same bank. I suggest you to use another method completely. That could be the card from another bank, e-wallet or anything else.

I also forgot to add. I have another account at a different online casino. On the same day and time I made a withdrawl from them for the first time using same bank card details. Their payment went through within half an hour and the money is safely back in my bank account. So the 'card payment error' from 20bet is not true.
