The player deposited CA$100. Then he found out he is not able to play any game and wanted his money back. He sent all required documents, but he claims the casino still refuses to return his deposit.

I made an account about a month ago i guess, i sent $100cad in bitcoin to play the games, which credited my account after one confirmation. It was then i realized no games were accessible to me and so I contacted support who for weeks requested every shred of existant identifying documentation that I could produce and after once finally saying "you may now withdraw your funds" they've continued asking for more and refuse to budge on my money

I am rejecting this complaint, because you created 2 complaints and other person from Casino Guru complaint team is in charge of the second one. Please, do not reopen this complaint.
