The player from Germany has deposited money into casino account but the funds seem to be lost. Player’s complaint has been resolved successfully.
two crypto deposits totalling this amount deposited and never credited . Been waiting over a day , they say it has been passed to their specialists , little info on why it has not been completed and I have been given no timeframe.

I would like to warn you, that if your deposits have never been credited to your casino account, the only thing you can do is to contact your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a lengthy process which takes approximately one month. In these cases, casino has its hands tied. Meanwhile, I would strongly recommend not to deposit any more funds until the issue is sorted.
Could you please advise if the e-wallet address to deposit funds into your account was visible on the casino’s website for all the players or if you have been provided a unique one when opening the account? Were they your first deposits in this casino? Please forward screenshots of these two transactions to petronela.k@casino.guru.
