The player's account has been closed without any explanation. Casino didn't respond.
Hello, my account was closed and the casino send me just this message without any links to T&C which I have violated or break their rules, also i played there more then 2 months all was good except this moment, is it legal to close the account and remove my balance?.
"Good Day. We want to inform you, that our company decided to stop any collaboration with you (closing your account). The decision was made after a careful investigation of the situation by our security service. The decision is based on a violation of the Terms and Conditions."

Have you used any bonus money in the casino? Did you complete KYC verification? Can you advise if you haven't created multiple accounts there?
