The player from Benin had had her 1xbet account locked for almost 10 months. Despite having provided several requested verification documents, she had continued to receive the same message from 1xbet stating that more time was needed. The player had played aviator in the casino and some sports games, without accepting any bonuses. The casino had requested a PDF file from Perfect Money, which the player had stated was not provided by the service. However, the issue has been successfully resolved. We had marked the complaint as 'resolved' in our system.

hello , My account 503897709 have been locked with 1xbet almost 10months, i have been in touch with them, they asked several documents such as my id card , my notarized id card , my perfect money transactions and bank statement, but after providing all these documents since 10days, 1xbet executive kept repeating same repeating message that it tooks additional time, note that we have been doing all these since 10days.

the reason was KYC verification process, and i provided everything they asked in the real format and they accepted.

i played aviator in casino and some sport games

no i didn’t accept bonus

all informations where visible and accepted.
