I know the address and Password but i can't access the account for a google authentication problem that is not even founded in my google account i contacted customer support at info-en@1xbet-team.com now it's been 5days with no response

Hi casinoguru team !

Thanks for the afford of helping ppl

The problem is maybe . I did a authentication on my 1xbet account with google. But as i know the full details of login . The account asked for Google authentication number .

But i don't have it . So of course with the help of 1xbet support i could get my account back . Because i have all the other methods of login .

But live customer support doesent reply at all.

Finnally i wanna add that my account is fully verified and have been playing with it since 2017 .
