I deposited CAD 30 into my account with 1Red Casino. After playing, I successfully won CAD 169. Despite my account being verified and having successfully withdrawn funds in the past, my recent withdrawal request has been repeatedly rejected.


I have contacted 1Red Casino’s customer support several times regarding this issue. Each time, I am given different excuses, such as technical issues or requests for additional documents, which I have promptly provided. Despite complying with all their demands and meeting the withdrawal requirements stated in their terms and conditions, I am still unable to access my winnings.


This situation is causing me considerable frustration and inconvenience. I believe that 1Red Casino is engaging in unfair practices by withholding my funds without valid reason.


I request your assistance in resolving this matter.

  • Do I understand correctly that your payment is still pending inside the account without being processed?
  • Could you please specify how many days ago was your withdrawal requested?
  • Were your winnings accumulated with our without an active bonus?

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account, especially if it’s your first withdrawal. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint. Assuming that you have completed KYC verification successfully and had your withdrawal approved, I truly believe it’s only a matter of time before you’ll receive it.

My withdrawal request is not in pending status. It gets rejected after a while being in process or pending.

i requested the withdrawal yesterday but it keeps rejecting me and my winnings were all from my 30 CAD I deposited.

Finally, after a week of communication with them the problem was resolved and I could withdraw my money.
