We would like to clarify the situation – on August 15, 2023 lucasmich has made two withdrawal attempts (each time for 2,200 BRL). 

 

The 1st attempt Failed due to wrong credentials entered by the player. 

The 2nd attempt was Cancelled, by the player himself and he played out the full amount.
