I played a deposit bonus whereby the max payout is R500 but when I go to withdrawal it tells me can only do a wire transfer for R600. So what do I do as I have R670 play through can only withdraw R500 but wire transfer min R600. How do I get my R500. I am from South Africa how else do I withdraw this money

Do I understand you correctly that your current balance is R670? Isn't it possible to accumulate higher winnings just to request for the withdrawal and later it will be deducted during the process? Did you ever deposit into the casino?

Good Day you not understanding I loaded money took a bonus did the playthrough. The highest amount I can withdraw is R500 I have R670 but when trying to do the withdraw the minimum is R600 you can wire so I can't withdraw anything as my max to receive is R500 but the min to wire is R600; so not going to help I play more can only claim R500 but also can't claim it because to wire must be min R600 so how do I get my R500 if I can not wire R500.

Hello Annmarie,

I understood it correctly I was just wondering if the money as you can withdraw max R500, is deducted at the time of the withdrawal request or before. Another possible way would be to deposit the remaining amount or to use a different payment method where the minimum amount is lower.

What did the casino exactly say when you contacted them with this issue?

They dont have any other methods of payment. I re submitted waiting to see what they say. I dont need to pay in anything as the amount is not the problem the problem is I can only withdraw R500 but the wire transfer is R600
