Requested withdrawal from a deposit and it was approved and I got the email saying it had been sent to my wallet…that was over 48 hours ago! There is no transaction on blockchain and they tried to tell me it was an issue with my wallet and now it’s a third party processor issue that has all deposits and withdrawals stopped…and I know that’s a lie because I know people that have deposited and withdrawn since my withdrawal was approved!!!!! I cannot get any information from them other than "give it a few more hours and we will have it fixed" after they have sent emails telling me it would be fixed within 6 hours and that was 2 days ago!!! Then they told me it would be yesterday for sure and still nothing! They just do not want to payout my money!!!!!

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.

That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with the casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, please, let us know and we will intervene and try to help you.

My KYC is verified. I withdraw from here often and it never takes more than 30 mins. I have also contacted blockchain and they confirm that there is no hash or transaction that has been sent to them! So Yabby is just holding my withdrawal? And for what? Their website advertises withdrawals in 8 mins. So why should I have to wait 14 days???

So now I have received the email that the amoney was sent and my account now shows it as processed but there’s no transaction on blockchain nor are the funds in my wallet! When I asked support for a transaction ID (which they have provided me before) I was told they couldn’t give me that info via chat! I have sent 3 emails to pitboss@yabbycasino.com as well as support@yabbycasino.com and accounts@yabbycasino.com and cannot get anyone to respond to any of the 3 emails now!!

However, I will set the timer for additional 7 days allowing to casino two full weeks to process the payment and if there’s no development by then, we will intervene.
