The player's experiencing technical issues with a casino game as it's stuck in bonus rounds and the he is unable to reopen the game. The complaint was closed as the player stopped responding.
My game got stuck in bonus mode, I can't continuing to play the game or collect the reward.
I have reported problem to the customer service two months ago in April since then every week I'm asking for update.
I haven't got any update yet I'm just getting answer that they will contact me on my email but it is already two months!!!!!
