Hello, yes, it was verified on July 13th, after which the payment was also marked as processed.
I had a bonus but already implemented it.
The last e-mail from me was on 8/11 that I would file a complaint otherwise. But as in the emails before, nothing came back, the live support keeps referring to the email support

Unfortunately, all efforts to resolve any kind of issue have died as the complaints grew in numbers. We strictly recommend staying away from Wild Pharao Casino. I wish I could be of more help.
