Hi I made a deposit there and could noylt log into any rival games so I went back after I had to playthrough all funds and spoke to a representative who told me I have to play through the bonus then I could log into a rival game so I did just that and nope could not play any rival game I tried down to a dollar. I went back and explained this I asked for a refund or a comp because I was misinformed and at that point the supervisor tells me nothing he could so because I played the funds then I explained ro him I had to play the funds in order to play rival games exactly what uour agent told me to do . He then refused to heat it and tells me after I ask for a manager that it won't matter who I speak to his word was final I have these chat logs downloaded I will try and figure out how to attach them . He also refused to give me contact info foe a senior manager he rhen instructed me to file my complaint with a representative to which i said that makes zero sense to tell your subordinate my complaint so I go back to the rep and ask to make a complaint to which she then transfers it back to me it was ridiculous

Could you please advise if your account is already verified and if yes, since when exactly? What kind of bonus did you claim? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

It simply looks like you need to completely finish your bonus (maybe to withdraw the winnings as some casinos consider the bonus finished once it is withdrawn) in order to play the restricted games.
