The player from Ireland had a pending withdrawal since November 10 and each time she contacted the casino, she received the same generic response. The Complaints Team had attempted to gather more information to understand the situation, asking about previous successful withdrawals, KYC verification, and whether winnings were accumulated with an active bonus. However, due to a lack of response from the player, we were unable to investigate further and had to reject the complaint.

I have had a pending withdrawal since the 11th and when I contact them it is the same copy and paste message that they are giving other players. My withdrawal is for less than 50 so I find it hard to believe they have had so many winners that they can't process a withdrawal of this amount in the last two weeks.
