I have just checked your review of Velobet and it states players not accepted from the UK. I opened an account yesterday and closed it yesterday due to what I believe are fake slots. I deposited 500 euros and lost all of it within a couple of hours or less. Is this casino legit?

Users from the following countries and their territories ("Restricted Countries") are not allowed to deposit and play real money games: Israel, United States of America, United Kingdom, Spain, France and its overseas territories (Guadeloupe, Martinique, French Guiana, Réunion, Mayotte, St. Martin, French Polynesia, Wallis and Futuna, New Caledonia), Netherlands, Dutch West Indies, Curacao, Balkans ( Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Montenegro, the Republic of North Macedonia, Serbia), Burma, Cote D'Ivoire (Ivory Coast), Cuba, Democratic Republic of Congo, Iran, Iraq, Liberia, North Korea, Sudan, Syria, and Zimbabwe.

I also checked the casino's license (Curacao egaming) which seems legitimate and valid.

We accept the situation when the casino allows players from restricted countries to open an account as long as they don’t use this as an opportunity to later cancel the player’s legitimate winnings, in other words, if the casino allows players from restricted countries to deposit and play, they should pay out their winnings as well.

I do not have any further allegations apart from I don’t believe they are legit. I’m no expert on fake games but it’s very strange after spending 500 euros not to receive anything back . I’m asking you to check if they’re legit and if not I would like my money back

I am sorry but from our point of view, there is no reason to doubt the legitimacy of games in the casino that has a valid license. Without further evidence, there is no way for us to proceed to confront the casino. Sometimes you might get lucky and sometimes not; that's how casinos and casino games work. I do t have any further info unfortunately but I definitely believe that the casino has fake slots That is my opinion and I’m only sorry that I ever played on there and lost my hard earned money.
