The player from the Netherlands played and won with the free spin bonus, but the winnings have been capped. We found out that the winnings have been capped in accordance with the T&Cs, therefore we rejected the complaint.
I have used the welcome bonus on my deposit and got 45 free spins when made it. Eventually i won 709 euro's with the free spins after my other cash was done. I didn't understand the T&C as it won't state the free spins for the Welcome bonus only free spins for non deposit or as a gift. Eventually i asked the agent how mucht money can you withdraw when wagering the free spins. The answer was 750/daily. Now they reset my money to 125 euro's and told me i'm only getting 5x the winnings of the free spins.

I believe that the live chat support agent misunderstood your question. They didn't inform you about the maximum cashout for the free spin bonuses. Instead, they informed you about the general daily withdrawal limit:
