This case is based on two specific games (Solar Queen and Solar King) that the customer abused while playing with bonus balance.

On 2021-01-03 customer made a 100 EUR deposit with a 150% deposit match Welcome bonus. Together customer had a balance of 250 EUR and 150 of them were given by us.


The customer proceeded to play Solar Queen/Solar King with many different bet sizes, saving progression in the process. (screenshot 1 attached)

These bets also included 6 EUR and more, which is restricted with First deposit bonus. Max allowed bet with this bonus is 2 EUR. 


After losing his bonus balance, the customer made a suspiciously small deposit for 10 EUR and proceeded to play Solar Queen/King again. 

He had saved progressions and made just one bet with all bet sizes, collecting unfair winnings (screenshot 2/3/4 attached). 

These winnings should have gone into bonus balance towards wagering, but 

because the previous deposit was for 10 EUR without a bonus, wins were clean and withdrawable.


We are more than confident in claiming that customer knew about these games structure and how can they be exploited with an active bonus/bonus balance.


Since then, we have upgraded our system, and situations like these shouldn't happen again. Furthermore - this behavior from the customer has been defined as an attempt to cheat the casino, and we are requesting a refund of the amount: 1410 EUR (500 EUR, 500 EUR, 410 EUR), which was paid out to the customer incorrectly.

You used an unfair advantage and won €150 in the games with saved progression. This is not a pattern that a casual player just stumbles upon by chance. You then continued playing with the money and won more but you were not eligible to. I'm afraid we can't help you with this one.
