The player from Belgium violated bonus terms by activating in-game features while having an active bonus. The complaint was rejected because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.

I deposited with a bonus on Tsars , when i was playing a bought some bonusses in game . I only knew de max bet for wagering was 5 euro so i played around 1 a 2 euro's stake.
When i finished they tell me my amount is gone because i voilated conditions and terms.
I'm a recent player and didn't know when you buy bonus for 100 euro was the same of my stake is 100 then...
I really don't know why they don't give me a warning when i violate the terms and first take my 800 invested money and my 1200 winning ....

I bougt several bonusses on john hunter and the book of tut. 0,7 euro per bonus... I hitted one time 4 guys and get 700+ euro.
I've contacted tsars and they give me a 100 euro reward. But that doesn't cover me 1300 lost.... I also won like 740 in a bonus I didn't bought and they wont give me that also. +
When i was wagering my bonus (crypto bonus 100%) i saw that the bonus buys didnt count for wagering. So i never never wagerd my bonus trough bonus buys.
And also when its not allowed to do that the site should prevent you can do it.
I deposited 800euro+ and played alot of bonus buys. And then it wasnt a problem but to withdrawal wel.
I feel ripped.
