The player from Ireland had requested a withdrawal less than two weeks prior to submitting his complaint. His money had not been received yet. We had informed the player that withdrawal processes could take some time due to potential KYC verification or high volume of requests, and advised him to wait at least 14 days after requesting the withdrawal before submitting a complaint. We had extended the complaint timer by 7 days, but the player did not respond. Therefore, we were unable to investigate further and had to reject the complaint.

I recently deposited money into this app called swift casino and me being young and stupid I deposited majority of my money not knowing if it could be a scam. The app asked me to submit some documents which I have been submitted and when I go to withdraw my funds it shows it’s pending for a couple of days now and I am starting to loose hope due to the reviews on this betting app being negative and people saying they haven’t received they’re funds. I would like some support on what to do because this is majority of my money they have and I am losing all my hope and need answers, I have constantly emailed the customer service but always vague and identical answers like it was automated. Please casino gru help me in this situation as I am losing hope I need my funds asap

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.
