So once again lol I had gotten a message on my account that I got free spins on diamond fiesta. I played, I got through my play through and the max cash out was $100. I tried to withdrawal $90. They sent me an email saying my withdrawal was denied bc of too many bonuses in a row but if I couldn’t win from free spins and withdrawal my winnings why would they send me messages on their site that I had free spins? I usually can’t even redeem their 16 free spins messages but I haven’t deposited bc they take so long do anything that it’s almost pointless but these spins I got to use, okayed through the play through and was denied and they took the winnings from my account and left me at 0….I’ve got over 700 comp points that I can’t even redeem either and that’s from over $7000 that I’ve played through their site 🤬 I’m adding documentation and I did cuss in one of my emails I’m sorry.

Thank you very much for submitting this complaint. I'm sorry to hear about your problem. I have checked the Terms and Conditions of Sunrise Slots Casino and this is what I found:

No Deposit Bonuses

5. Players cannot redeem multiple free bonuses consecutively. If you have redeemed one No Deposit Bonus and are subsequently offered another one, a real-money deposit needs to have been made in the interim for you to be eligible to redeem the second No Deposit Bonus.

Please understand that this rule applies regardless of whether you won or lost from the previous free spins provided by the casino. The requirement to make a deposit between free bonuses is valid in all cases. While bonus offers may be sent out automatically, it remains the player's responsibility to ensure they are eligible for the bonus and to be aware of the applicable rules.

Unfortunately, if you are aware that multiple free bonuses were redeemed without making a deposit in between, we are unable to assist in retrieving the forfeited winnings.

Please let me know if there’s any additional information I may have missed. If not, we will proceed with closing this complaint.
