The player from Ontario won at SpinCity casino a month before submitting this complaint. Unfortunately, he has not received his winnings yet. After the player submitted all the documents necessary for verification, he received his winnings and the complaint could be closed.

I won 12,168$ last month on Spin.City casino and never got my money. Every time when I ask for my money, seam answer (we are too busy you have to wait) I never gonna get my money. Spin.City casino the biggest SCAM EVER.

HI I never withdrawal money from that SCAM Spin.City casino, that is my first withdrawal attempt. They don't even bother asking me for any documents. I'm 100% sure that Spin.City casino is a scam and I will never get my money. Thanks for the response, have a nice day 😊 Does wining are without bonuses

Hi after 17 days they finally asked me for some documents. I will send them the documents, but I'm 100% sure that there will be more issues with that casino .It is a total SCAM. I had to wait 17 days before they asked me for documents, probably now I will wait 17 months 😃 I will let you know. Thanks have a great day.

Hi ,like I told you in previous post that I'm expecting more issues from that SCAM Spin.City casino ,I was right. After 17 days waiting for them to ask me for my documents,today they told me to upload them. The moment I tried there SCAM app crashed and now u can't do anything, they don't answer any emails, nothing. I really don't get how they still have a license. Thanks for your time.

Hi ,like I told you that they gonna keep playing that game of refusing to pay me. Two days ago I sent all documents, today I got a message to send my documents for verification. They don't bother explaining what was wrong with documents I already sent. I'm pretty sure that if send my documents 100 times it will be the same. Is it possible some how to get information what was wrong with my documents. The only answer from them is send documents for verification. I will never gonna get my money from that SCAM Spin.City casino. I'm willing to pay to a gambling lawyer if known one,or if you can tell how to find one. Thanks

Hi, credit card .But to be honest I use that card maybe 1 time, and now they want me to take a Selfie with my card and statement so they can see that the card belongs to me. It is stupid the card is Costco mastercard with my picture on it. They just look for a reason not to pay .99% of my deposits are made by using etransfer I send all information for my bank account so they can see that etransfer belongs to me. For now I think they accepted all documents, except that card. They just look for a reason not to pay. I don't get it after so many bad reviews ,they still work. Thanks for the response. I'll keep you posted, I'm sure that will be more problems with that SCAM SPIN.CITY CASINO. THANKS
