The complaint was reopen by the player with the following message:


"Sorry, I was unable to attend the last few weeks. No, I have not yet received any payouts from the casino and I have not yet paid in any real money.I only won money with free spins and then multiplied the won money at roulette point after I went to payout, the transactions (payouts) stood for a while under the menu item transactions and after about 2 or 3 days they were deleted then I got the message the next time I log in

Could you please advise if you have received any explanation from the casino regarding this issue? As I see it now, there must have been some kind of breach of terms. Also in case you have never made any deposit into casino, it is hard to move forward as you basicaly lost nothing. Most of no deposit bonuses are limited for winnings so making a withdrawal request of 2000€ would be impossible as well.
