I play at spinsamurai casino quite often and have for over a year. the support is great along with the bonuses I have always only hit near 800 or alittle more and I was ready to ask for account removal and move on and play elsewhere. But today I hit big 6 thousand which I was very happy about but just as I was trying to withdraw I got logged out of the system and couldn’t get back in for over two hours once I was able to log in all the winnings disappeared from my account like it’s been played or wiped from the system I’m very dissapointed and currently waiting for my vip manager to contact regarding the issue

Yes my vip manager is currently on to the matter as we speak and yes I have made successful withdraws from this site Iam fully verified also. My account has been temporarily closed while they investigate further Iam female by the way just correcting the he and he’s in your response to my complaint. I really hope this matter is resolved as spinsamurai is a great online casino and i have never had issues using the platform before this is the first time I’ve had an issue a support team member did say it is possible the game I was playing was left on autospin as I was logged out and that it may have kept playing and that’s how the winnings dissapeared as I was logged off for sometime and during was trying to log back on which to no avail.
