The player from Italy has requested a withdrawal three weeks ago. It has been pending since. After a few weeks, the player managed to receive their winnings and the comlpaint is resolved.
I signed up on sportsandcasino around May 25th, and after they had correctly identified the documents I filed and started playing.
The first time I deposited I took advantage of the welcome bonus but unfortunately I lost.
The day after on May 31, 2021 I re-deposited about € 50 and won € 241.
They have been waiting since that time for the withdrawal and when I try to contact them they say that they have problems with payments and that they do not know when the withdrawal will be processed.
I find this behavior truly shameful.
I am attaching screenshots showing the current situation, in the hope that no one will be scammed by this casino anymore.

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. Assuming that you have completed KYC verification successfully and had your withdrawal approved, I truly believe it’s only a matter of time before you’ll receive it.

Hello Petronela, first of all I really want to thank you and all the casinoguru staff for your service.
Regarding my complaint to sportsandcasino I am in contact with them via email and yesterday they again sent their apologies saying that my withdrawal will be processed shortly (just as it has already happened several times last week).
In my opinion they are wasting time hoping that I get tired and stop asking about the withdrawal.
I hope this is not the case, however before depositing I made sure I have successfully completed the KYC just to avoid delays in this regard.
I am attaching the email they sent me yesterday.
If there are updates about my problem, it will be my responsibility to report it in this form
