The player from California had requested a withdrawal less than two weeks prior to submitting the complaint. Their money hadn't been received yet. The Complaints Team had advised the player to wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint, as the delay could have been due to unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests. After numerous contacts with the casino, the player confirmed that their issue had been resolved.

I have two separate withdrawals for $100 each. One was days ago which is supposed to be sent to my btc address. I sent all my documents immediately and also verified through the site using the steps to capture images of my ID and face. Initially they said all that I would need to do is deposit $25 to verify myself. That wasn't true because I had to go through everything else. Then they said they were processing the deposit. Days later I get an email saying they approved my documents and verification but cannot process the withdrawal because their sister site Ducky Luck has my old address on it. I immediately updated and corrected my address to my current address on that other site (even though I have never even played there. I registered but never used it) and let them know what happened, but they never responded. I have tried to talk to support multiple times but they just say they are escalating the issue. I have been dealing with this since Feb 27th and it seems like they are trying to make any excuse not to payout. I'd appreciate any help to resolve this.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.
