The player from Hawaii was facing a delay in withdrawal via Bitcoin. Despite having waited the prescribed 7-10 business days twice, the casino had returned the money to his casino account and requested him to wait another 7-10 business days. When asked to clarify about a similar complaint under a different email, the player explained that his girlfriend had initially filed the complaint using her email. We had requested further information regarding his account verification status and previous withdrawal history. However, the player did not respond to our queries. As a result, we were unable to proceed with the investigation and had to reject the complaint.

Requested Bitcoin withdrawal over month ago n waited according to their rules the 7-10 bus days then approved then wait another 7-10 bus days then today they put money back in casino account n they said request withdrawal again n wait for another 7 -10 bus days n when approved again wait another 7-10 bus days

My gf submitted complaint for me but used her email so I resubmitted under correct player name blackie64
