So I had email from security team saying something wrong with my login location and verified my BTC address. I did all that and didn't get a reply until 24 hours later. The issue resolved and email saying it waiting for payout department but status still show at slotocash under review. I contacted the chat they telling the issue need be resolved but clearly email said everything confirmed going to payout department.  So I don't understand what the hold on my winning. They keep telling 24-48 hours but it's pass that timeframe around 11am 10/21/2019  was requested. I really like their site but I would like the reason of the delay instead of the issue that already been resolved for my delay.

I am sorry to bother you guys but I receive my winning thanks for the reply yes I am fully verified and the loging in from a different country I don't know because I was playing at home like always but everything settle a day late but I receive my winning
