I have deposited and withdrawn here before. Toda I was awarded 55 fs's for a new game I actually won and met all my requirements for withdrawl however the min max withdrawl is $50. But when trying to withdrawl u can only withdrawal $100 via Bitcoin but thats over the max. And coindraw min is $20. But it won't let me use coindraw as one stipulation is u can't use a bonus as the last transaction. Tell me how Bitcoin withdrawal min is a $100 but coindraw min is $20 when it's the same freakin Bitcoin that I'm asking to be paid with. This is a scam if ive ever heard of one and I'm a paying customer.

Yes my account is fully verified as I stated earlier I have deposited and withdrawn here before. And no the site hasn't responded to my emails and live support isnt any help they don't even really work for slotmadness they are moreless a call center that Handel's multiple sites and they are idiots.

Well hold up trying to contact them because I just took the 50 min max that I won from FS and I just used it to make it $100 and use Bitcoin instead of coindraw and I have a transaction id # and a pending withdrawal maybe they will just send 50 and take 50 or maybe send the whole 100. I will update you when this withdrawl is either approved or denied or go thru and I only get the 50

Well It is supposed to only be 3 days for a previously verified account. That I have withdrawn from before and it's been 5 days now and I have a withdrawl request transaction #, but there is no movement and no response from their support department nor their payouts department.

Have you previously withdrawn from the casino using Bitcoin? Have you made a deposit specifically with Bitcoin before? Did you receive any feedback from the casino regarding your current withdrawal request?

Yes I have previously withdrawn from slotmadness and I only deposit and withdrawl using Bitcoin. My account is fully verified and included is a screenshot where it states that if their is a issue with withdrawl I will be contacted within 5 b.days it's been 10 days in all. The site does not respond to emails to payments dept. Nor the support dept. Live chat when contacted 6/23 said that they don't understand why I haven't received it yet as I have a request id #. And if it were a issue I wouldn't have a id # it would say "queued"

Thanks for your patience once again. I've had the opportunity to review the situation and unfortunately there is nothing that I can do to assist. The win in question stemmed from a free bonus among many free bonuses without any subsequent cash deposits separating them which according to the terms and conditions of the bonuses and casino makes it ineligible for withdrawal.


Supporting documentation has been forwarded to the casino.guru team for review.

Dear vblaney1987, I have reviewed the information from Nick and came to a conclusion. There have been multiple free chips redeemed without a deposit made between them which is against the terms of use as seen here:

5.Players cannot redeem multiple free bonuses consecutively. If you have redeemed one No Deposit Bonus and are subsequently offered another one, a real-money deposit needs to have been made in the interim for you to be eligible to redeem the second No Deposit Bonus.

Due to this, you won't be able to withdraw any winnings. Thank you for your understanding, I am sorry we could not be of more help on this occasion. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you run into any issues with this or any other casino in the future.
