Hello all after fighting with every customer support agent they have which is three to get my withdrawal one from free spins they keep changing their reason for not paying

If you look at the screenshots the customer chat agent verifies my documents and the whole process will be complete in 6 to 7 hours and again after that I received the same request for another selfie holding my ID which I sent yesterday but no response was ever stated that it wasn't acceptable and asking for another one that implies everything's good

What I find completely unacceptable is they just keep playing the blame game oh it's their fault your documents aren't verified


This same process has happened for seven interactions with chat now they're just trying not to pay it's sickening I will be filing a complaint with my state board just to make sure they don't operate in Pennsylvania anymore they're not licensed in Pennsylvania therefore they should be fine because they pull crap like this

And on that same note I will be billing them $150 an hour for my time from here on out because they have cost me my time by being deceptive into practices and just downright shady if they would be honest and not waste my time I wouldn't care


So I have a question for you who grants them a license to operate a casino and where so I can file a complaint with them also


They must be registered and licensed somewhere and have a business license and an insurance policy
