I have reviewed the account and can see that a payment left the casino to the 3rd party payment provider today (10/10/24) for dusbursal as a bank wire transfer. As a general rule we are looking at 3-10 business days on delivery, once this payment has arrived I will see what I can do to get the rest of them out the door for you britterlynne.

There is a $1600 deposit that is not been approved yet for some reason on top of the $2500 that has been approved

I can see that a payment was issued by the casino on the 10th of October for disbursal as a bank wire payment but it is still showing incomplete, generally we should have delivery by now. All of the requested withdrawals are now approved but an additional payment can't be issued until the one already issued has arrived. I will speak to the payouts department and see if they have further information.

There are two payments that should arrive literally any time now (if they have not already) for $1900 and $2400 respectively, and an additional payment issued to our 3rd party ($1580) on the 15th which should be arriving in the 3-10 business days following that date.
The final requested withdrawal has been submitted for review (and hopefully approval) and should be sent once the previously mentioned payments are confirmed delivered.

Dec 6th - 1250 approved and 1250 (the other 1/2) still in requested please escalate as all of these are past the waiting period of 7-10 days
