Hi, I Requested a withdrawal via wire for $2200.00 on July 17th 2024 it was "approved" August 1st 2024 i was also told that it was also sent for payment August 1st I have not received any funds yet I have asked silver oak live support numerous times now about the status of it or for some kind of update and just keep getting told to wait or to "check back in 24-48 hours" and that they do not have a time frame I have also contacted the finance department which told me there is no time frame yet and to contact silver oak live support for updates well now when I try to contact them I am just ignored I would just like to know where my withdrawal is I appreciate any sort of help.

Hi, no I have not gotten any winnings from this casino before, my KYC was completed and approved and for a bonus there was a deposit bonus but I have completed all the play through requirements.
