Hi this is ajmat tarik from India, I have complaint against sikwin.  

My username at sikwin is a***k. I have deposited 1 lakh INR here and won total of 503919 INR but when I tried to withdraw they have deducted all my winnings and when asked to customer service they said its arbitrage betting I have not done any wrong betting I request casino.guru to take a look here and help me in this

I have played with real money also I have A video of chats with customer service over telegram fortunately after asked them about license and all they blocked me over telegram as well I will send the screen recording of our chats over email

Dear ma'am,

I would like to bring the thing in light that the casino denied to pay because obviously it's a very big amount. I know that casino.guru only handles cases that related to casino games and not sports bets. I saw the ratings of sikwin from casinoguru forum and then I decided to play. So, there should not be any problem to you to ask why they are not paying and should not matter if I won the money from sports or casino. Also I have played casino games before at sikwin. If you can just ask it will be very helpful.

Please understand that if you only placed bets on sports betting and the casino accused you of arbitrage betting and confiscated your winnings, we are not able to help. Since we don't have enough insight into this field of online gambling, we wouldn't be able to interpret the casino's results of the investigation and/or their explanation of the accusations correctly and judge this case fairly. We don't think that your complaint is unjustified, we just couldn't evaluate the issue properly. We would really like to help, but it is impossible for us this time.
