After about 1 year time I decided to revisit. Even though I blocked site and self excluded for infinite time , it only took few seconds to reopen the account. Not surprised that after depositing well over 800£ there I had same experience as before , non existent RTP . Hundreds of spins to get bonus with win about 10£ . If I didn't know the providers and actual games I wouldn't probably feel so suspicious. First of all place is predating on vulnerable players . Fair enough as they are not licenced and free to do as they please. I strongly advise people not to spend money od this site. It doesn't even feel like gambling, just a robbery. I'm completely fine with not winning BUT come on, thousand spins and there is nothing just losing and no balance between win and lose lead me to suspicion of this being one big scam. If you read the reviews both here and on Trustpilot you'll see customers struggling to get Rich Prize to close their accounts, even though these customers disclosed their serious problem gambling. I emailed support repeatedly to close my account in line with their responsible gaming policy. I received one reply asking me why I wanted to close my account and then no replies to later emails when I confirmed that I was worried about my gambling, asking Rich Prize casino to respect my decision to close my account. However, RP staff were very quick to reply to my earlier deposit enquiries. It's hard not to conclude that this is a casino that will happily prey upon problem gambling. Despite RP ignoring my repeated account closure requests, I have absolutely no intention of playing there again! Update: have now received an email asking me to complete an elaborate KYC process to close account (an extraordinary request that is unprecedented in my experience with casinos!). The email dangles the carrot of VIP status and rewards should I keep my account open: "I understand this might be a bit frustrating, but this is all about keeping your account secure and ensuring everything is handled properly. Once we have these documents or at least a proper explanation of why they can’t be provided, we can move forward with closing your account.
You’ve reached VIP status and unfortunately haven’t had the chance to enjoy your welcome bonus to our Loyalty Program. It’s truly a shame, but I respect your decision."

Stay away from this casino. I won 8 days ago €310, I asked for relief and after 7 days they put €155 out of the €310. I spoke to service to ask why this happened, and they said they kept half the money in case I want to put it back into the game account and play it and give me a 50% bonus. Hello, I deposited €60 here about 3 weeks ago and received the 300% bonus. First and foremost, I have to say that the bonus offer is unbeatable. You get a 300% bonus with 7x wager and no max cashout, I implemented the bonus and was able to successfully withdraw €900.

After about 1 year time I decided to revisit. Even though I blocked site and self excluded for infinite time , it only took few seconds to reopen the account. Not surprised that after depositing well over 800£ there I had same experience as before , non existent RTP . Hundreds of spins to get bonus with win about 10£ . If I didn't know the providers and actual games I wouldn't probably feel so suspicious. First of all place is predating on vulnerable players . Fair enough as they are not licenced and free to do as they please. I strongly advise people not to spend money od this site. It doesn't even feel like gambling, just a robbery. If you read the reviews both here and on Trustpilot you'll see customers struggling to get Rich Prize to close their accounts, even though these customers disclosed their serious problem gambling. I emailed support repeatedly to close my account in line with their responsible gaming policy. I received one reply asking me why I wanted to close my account and then no replies to later emails when I confirmed that I was worried about my gambling, asking Rich Prize casino to respect my decision to close my account. However, RP staff were very quick to reply to my earlier deposit enquiries. It's hard not to conclude that this is a casino that will happily prey upon problem gambling. Despite RP ignoring my repeated account closure requests, I have absolutely no intention of playing there again! I'm honestly surprised to see some people's reviews because I had a blast with this casino, hence I actually wanted write a review to recommend this site. I won but today is April 8th. I put in my withdrawal request in March I've been fully fully verified for over 5 days and they still have not paid me. I received an email from them five days ago that said I have been fully verified and they claim to take 3 days to process it's been over 5 days now and they are feeding me a bunch of nonsense I'm not sure if I'm ever going to get paid I do not recommend this casino
