Hi i deposited £10 to rainbow and got some winnings. I have uploaded numerous screenshots and files to prove identification but they always come back saying its not accepted meaning they wont pay out if someone could help would appreciate it thanks

Please understand that KYC is a very important and essential process, during which the casino makes sure that the money is sent to the rightful owner. As they don't have the luxury of being able to physically see all of the players and check their identification and documents, this is the only way gambling establishments are able to complete the verification procedures. None of the serious and licensed casinos takes KYC lightly and it might take a few working days to complete this thorough process.
Have you been advised what specifically seems to be a problem in verifying your account? How many days ago you have requested a withdrawal and apply for the account verification?
Lastly, could you please advise if you’re experiencing the same issue in both casinos?

Hi thank you for reply its rainbow spins im having trouble with they wont accept any id. I have sent passport, driving licence with additional photo, bank statement showing name and address, paypal account, mobile phond account, and screenshot of card all rejected i have no idea why this isnt id. I dont know what else to send

Hi viliam rainbow spins has now accepted all ID i sent but still not letting me withdraw funds it says i have to deposit with registered card why would i deposit more when im trying to withdraw winnings. It also states i cant deposit as i have money in the account
