I don't know why I keep doing this to myself, but here we go again.... I have now been waiting two weeks for my withdrawal to be deposited. I literally just came to you guys a few weeks ago with help with Planet 7, which has since been resolved. But now all of a sudden when I check my withdrawal status on RB website, it says, not all documents have been received. Are you kidding? How is that even possible when I JUST had a successful withdrawal from their sister company not even 2 weeks ago? Its becoming not even fun anymore. The fact that anytime Im winning, and want to cash out, that I repeatedly have to go thru this excruciating headache just to obtain my winnings! All this appears to be is an additional delay on RB'S part to not pay me. I'm just sick of it. I can provide screenshots and all from raging bull, within the last 1-2 months stating that I have been fully verified. Please, I want to keep playing with you guys, but if this doesn't get better, I have no choice but to go elsewhere. Please help me Guru! Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your delayed withdrawal. Do I understand correctly that your withdrawal is still only pending inside your account without being processed? Have you accumulated your winnings with or without an active bonus?
From your previous complaint related to the same casino (here), we learned already that even if your account has been verified successfully the withdrawal process can take up to two months.

Well that is absurd. They need to stick to their promise ON THEIR WEBSITE when they are listing out their withdrawal timelines... Ive already withdrawal from raging bull, therefore it should take NO MORE THAN two weeks. No i passed all of the rules and guidelines in ordrr to withdrawal. They need to keep their word. If not, why would anyone want to play there? Thanks for looking into this.

Well this morning I logged into my account to redeem my daily 14 free spins on RB, and for some ridiculous reason, my balance was $1300. WHY? THIS INFURIATES ME TO NO END. WHY would they do this? Well I just went in and uploaded a current utility bill as requested via Hooyu. I've also attached a screenshot here for you, that I just received after providing my utility statement (again). Although I would love to ask you the obvious questions such as, how did my verification documents suddenly vanish, (especially when I have an email from Raging Bull dated August 13, 2021 stating my identity has successfully been verified by HooYu), I'll spare you. I just want to stay focused on the task at hand here. Please please tell me if I need to do anything else here, and I will do it right away... I really was counting on this $1300 for my January rent. The win was using a 30/60 playthrough 2x maximum cashout free chip issued for Christmas, this means that the maximum win on the bonus itself was 2x $250 which would total $500 minus the service fee is what you received. Non-cashable funds were removed on approval.

Your joking right? And so you just toss the remaining 800+ dollars that I won? And not even consider putting it back into my account? Not to mention, I still had funds in my account from my bitcoin deposit on December 23rd! So this is not adding up.
