Another scam casino with a high rating by Casino Guru. This makes me really sad.

Just like the other people with negative reviews here, I can say that these guys shouldn't receive a single penny by any client out there. Sites is laggy, games lags too.

They close accounts for absolutely fake reasons such as: opening multiple accounts ; using the same device for multiple accounts etc.

Really not sure how they make up such things, however they've went downhill and wouldn't even stick around for that long.

In other words - forget about this casino.
Even a low reputation casino would be a better pick than this one, unless you want to donate some money and get a negative attitude support at the end.

The reason behind the high score rating of this casino is the fact that Casino Guru is not being transparent and probably gets money or other benefits for promoting it.
As a player at their casino for almost a year now, I feel the need to inform everyone of what to expect if they decide on joining.
My feelings are mixed, mainly because I can find a lot of games there, as well as the fact that their support is 24/7 there. Everything else is absolutely negative.
These guys will try their absolute best to not pay you the winnings. They are using different tricks for that to happen.
One of them is the fact that after requesting a withdrawal, your balance stays active and you can start playing with it again. They will delay your withdrawal request as much as they can, if you contact their support the answer will be "We process withdrawals in a 24 hour timeframe" which would've been perfectly fine if they weren't such scammers.
If you log in 24 hours later you will see a declined withdrawal request with no reason behind that. After contacting them again, they will reply with "The withdrawal failed for unknown reason, probably something with the payment processor, you should request a new one" So the 24 hours withdrawal time starts over again with their hopes of you losing your money on slots.
Let me just say that these situations are happening on a completely verified account and a payment method which already had withdrawn money in the past.
I wouldn't advice anyone to deposit more than 50€ there, mainly because of the 500€ daily limit.
The funniest part is that most of their bonuses require you to deposit huge amounts. Why would anyone deposit 250€ for a bunch of free spins and 20x wager if the withdrawal limit is 500€ if you are even lucky to get your money..

After playing for over a year and wagering over 50k € just the last month, my account and all other Bulgarian accounts got closed due to BitStarz not having a license in Bulgaria.
I am really disappointed but still can't deny the fact that this was the best casino I've ever played at, keeping in mind how shady the whole gambling industry is.

They gave me 10 FS on the first day, afterwards when I asked them why I haven't received anything on the second day the support told me that in order to receive anything else I have to make a deposit.
I kindly asked them why is that the case if they are promoting 10 days of 10 FS per day "no deposit required"
- The support replied with: This support chat is only for people who deposited money.


Don't waste your time in this casino. :)

Really disappointed from this casino.
I had a mission with clearly stated rules "deposit and bet 20 BGN to receive 20 BGN in free spins"
The next day I got 20 FS at 0.1BGN each (2BGN total) and the support realised their mistake but said that the only way I can get compensated for their mistake is if I deposit more money to complete another mission...
Another thing to keep in mind is that their bonus wagering requirements are different once you start wagering (it is almost impossible to withdraw a penny)

Update: I've requested my first withdrawal of 500€ - 24 hours ago and it still hasn't been approved (their FAQ states a max of 24 hours timeframe)
When I asked them what happened suddenly my "verified" account had to add card verifications which was fine for me however when I asked them which cards I need to verify their reply was that my account is verified and I should just wait?! 😀
Even tho I am leaving with a profit I still think that this Casino is one of the worst in Bulgaria.
