My first impression of Betano wasn’t bad, mainly because of the selection of games. I found a few slots I recognized and thought I’d have a good time, but in reality, the site itself ended up annoying me more than anything.

During a single session, I was logged out of my account several times, and after logging back in, the game search function would sometimes work and sometimes not. I had to search for the slot again and go back to where I’d left off. When that happens several times in a row, you just lose all desire to continue.

The game selection is good—I won’t argue with that—but the technical issues ruined the whole experience for me. Maybe I was just unlucky that day, but one visit like that was enough for me.

In Betano, they ban the one they choose at random. They blocked my account because I joked with the roulette girl that if I came up red one more time I would cry. They blocked me, then I talked to their psychologist, who questioned me about my income, my life, my relationships with other people, personal things, probably half an hour.
