It looks that casino intentionally linger withdrawal process, what I would expect in case of scam casinos, not acknowledged company like Altacore.
They forced me to use a ridiculously small amount (~500 EUR per request), even though in terms limit is twice higher.
24h for withdrawal? Forget it!
One of the withdrawals set on 7th has been already waiting 5 working days. During a week hey have completed only 2 out of 3 pending withdrawal requests. At this pace, they will complete withdraw my winning (10k EUR) in 2 months!
This has nothing in common with professionalism and positive user experience. If you think about big winning avoid this casino!

Casino is focused on draining your money with many promotions. When it comes to withdrawals and KYC they do not keep their own rules (4.2.3 We will process any withdrawal requests within 1 to 2 (1-2) working days - not gonna happen!).

They definitely not deserve for score 7/10. GuruCasino please review your rating to protect next players. I've trusted you, deposited my money and now I regret ;(

Good games selection but be careful with bonuses.
You need to make at least 100EUR clean deposits to win any money with reload bonuses.
Of course they allow to take bonus but afterwards they take away win money.

I don't recommend this casino if you want to win & withdraw significant amount of money.
In my case they need 10 days to withdraw 2,5k EUR!
Good to play around, not good to win.
