So.. Another complaint another dollar.. I just wish i read the reviews of this casino in time , but it is what it is. Im fully verified, been playing for a couple of thousands (sadly) now i won (maxwin 50X times deposit) 5000Euros. I have a pending withdraw from 25 of april. Sent several mails to "Finance@scatterhall.com" No answers. Livechat is rude, saying : "Im not in charge of withdraws, please send an email to finance". This site is a joke, a straight up scam. I will update if anything happens, but stay away from this. I also sent an email to all of their affilliates and filed a complaint to Curacao Egaming Comission.

Would prefer to give -5 stars for this mess. My payout has not been confirmed for 2 months. Live chat does not react or only with ready-made answers. If they paid out, it would be a really good casino. The same applies to Spinpirate.

My withdrawals has not yet been processed even tough they say that it takes 1-2 days to get it processed and then up to a week to get it paid out, I have multiple withdrawals laying there and waiting now for more than 3/4 weeks, still not a single good response from their live chat nor their financial departments email.

When Scatterhall first came out I never had any problems until 2/5/23. Since then it has been said again and again that they have technical problems and apologize. Then it was said NodaPay had a problem. So then NodaPay wrote and got an answer relatively quickly that they had no problems or anything else in the last few months and did not receive any money from Scatterhall to pay out.

Then only copy paste texts are sent to a text as soon as you address something with "payment" there are the ready-made texts at the start and keep saying how sorry you are and the money will be in my account as soon as possible and you also forward it separately. Nothing happens there. DEFINITELY don't deposit at Scatterhall / SpinPirate. They won't pay anything and if they do, it will take 4 months.

There are enough streamers who have promoted Scatterhall and are now chasing their money and being ignored.

I've been gambling since ü. 10 years and have experienced some miserable casinos. This really tops them all. The site is absolutely lame and stale, deposited and claimed a bonus. Many slots that don't contribute towards the wagering requirements and the rest of the slots are mostly blocked for Germany, or just won't open, forcing you to play some slots you don't like or otherwise play. Fun and entertainment looks different. I would have liked more competence from the support. The design of the site is not that nice, but the site works well. Often high bonuses by email from 150-300% everything included. Only when it comes to payment. Do the faxxen, for example I paid in 3 times and paid out 1000 once. That was at the beginning of the site, went through without any problems within 2 days. Was initially really excited about the huge range of games and the great, high, almost daily bonuses.
I also registered with Spinpirate at the same time. I then landed a super hit at Scatterhall and then wanted to cash out the money. I also immediately uploaded my KYC documents (at the same time also to Spinpirate) - after almost 5 days still no feedback at Scatterhall. Funnily enough, I got an email from spinpirate 1 day later that my account was verified....very annoying. The support couldn't really help me either and I'm worried that my money won't be paid out to me. They also have a €500 "daily" withdrawal limit. It doesn't quite hit every day as you have to wait for the payment to go through to initiate a new one. If you have more to pay out, it seems to take forever. I'm really scared of not receiving my money...

I made a few deposits and 2 weeks ago I have won 1.3k€. I did KYC right after this and requested first withdraw of 500€ (casino says 500 per day but you cant request another withdraw since the last is processed). Since then nothing happened, no verification, no withdrawal. Support cant help, always the same, „we will forward your request" but nothing happens. Would not recommend playing here, looks a bit sus. If they accept my cashout, I will adjust my rating here.

DANGER! This casino plays for time! You wait weeks for your money, you can only withdraw a maximum of €500 and it sometimes takes weeks before this is confirmed. Verification also takes forever. The first payout of €350 after verification actually went very quickly and I was satisfied.

Now I've won €4,000 and I've been waiting for my first €500 to be paid out for 7 days and nothing happens! Support has been contacted several times and still nothing is progressing.

I have already spoken to a lawyer (my uncle) who specializes in the subject and has already announced to support that I will have to take this route if necessary. I'm excited to see what happens!

Update: It's the 15th day after the payout and still nothing! It's a cheek and that's why lawyers are now taking care of the whole thing!

I deposited 45usd and got a 250% bonus which is great these have got a really good game selction also.
However i wagered my bonus i withdrew $500 and ive still got $800 in my balance but my withdrawal has been pending since the 5th of march and it has now been pending for 8 days which is a rather long time considering it says withdrawals take 1-2 working days to be processed in the terms and conditions i am fully verified so why is it taking so long? Payout takes too long. I've been waiting for an approved payout for 5 days to come to my bank account.

Rather poor so far.

Signed up and verified on Tuesday. All documents uploaded. Lt. According to the support in the chat, this procedure takes 1-2 working days, which I think would be completely ok.

Today, Thursday, my verification is still not through. I reached out to chat this morning. They informed me that it should be over during the day. This evening I sent a separate email to the support email address. Within minutes (about 5 minutes!) I got a response that I had to wait one to FIVE business days for verification. I wouldn't claim that it's because of the payment I made ;)...

Payment takes forever. I still have a lot of money on the account and the higher the amount you pay out, the longer it takes for it to be processed. Very bad feeling about it. The first payouts actually went very quickly, but after that it sometimes took 10 days +... If you manage to do that, you'll get 4-5 stars from me.

It should be said in advance that I think this casino is great, both scatterhall and Spinpirate! The game selection is top, the bonuses are the best there is! BUT the biggest problem is the payout. I have money on scatterhall and spinpirate that hasn't been paid out for weeks. It says there is a system error. What is interesting is that I got paid out 500 but the rest is not paid out at either casino. When I write to live support, I get a ready-made message saying that there is a system error at the moment. I also saw today that scatterhall is offline. They seem to be updating their site. I think there should have been a message there too. The site is off and 1500 euros are in nowhere. Have a very bad feeling I just hope that you get your money.
