I enjoyed the casino very much up until the verification. Verification was not done in 48 hours, they delayed it (maybe purposely as I had won a bif amount), then after I contacted Live chat the Finance/Security department sent me a message quickly, but demanded new documents. Some additional documents needed to be provided and some I have provided already, but they did not care about that and insisted that I provide those as well. I asked for a compensation for the delay and struggle with the verification, but I was never given one, it was completely ignored. It seems that you can win there, but there is no way to redeem the winnings, super disapointing.
EDIT: The Loyalty club is also very poor, you get low cashback, bonuses are extremely rare and very small. Save your time and money.

I had my biggest win I've ever had here. I would have liked to give 5 stars but unfortunately the casino has a maximum withdrawal limit of €2,500 per week and €5,000 per month.
