From best to worst.

I was really enjoying Tsars for a few years, but it just got so bad lately. RTP is just not it, cashback does not work properly, live chat is just useless with their robotic answers.

The worst casino experience ever. This casino is a total scam, they will take away your winnings saying it's according to their Terms and Conditions, but it is not. They apply some conditions to their benefit and completely ignore other.

Casino has a great customer support, it was nice to see that support does not just use template messages and actually are trying to help. I enjoyed the casino very much up until the verification. Verification was not done in 48 hours, they delayed it (maybe purposely as I had won a bif amount), then after I contacted Live chat the Finance/Security department sent me a message quickly, but demanded new documents. Some additional documents needed to be provided and some I have provided already, but they did not care about that and insisted that I provide those as well. I asked for a compensation for the delay and struggle with the verification, but I was never given one, it was completely ignored. It seems that you can win there, but there is no way to redeem the winnings, super disapointing.
EDIT: The Loyalty club is also very poor, you get low cashback, bonuses are extremely rare and very small. Save your time and money.

Suprisingly a pretty good casino! I have had not so good luck lately, so was pleasently suprised when my withdrawal of 1300 EUR came to my account in abour 2-3 hours. I like the slot variety, the only thing that I do not enjoy is their Status / Bonus system. You get no rewards for reaching a new status, bonuses are extremely rare and they sometimes disappear after one hour. I think this has a lot of room for improvement.

THE MOST HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE EVER!

I do not know where to begin even. A week ago I asked to terminate my account permanently via email, as I was told that live chat does not do that. Today I received an email that mt account was unblocked (Live chat can block accounts for a period of 1 week). I asked via live chat to clarify the situation and asked for compensation on this issue. Not a single time did I mention that I would like to once again block my account today. They blocked my account for no reason and told to contact the Security email. I did.
The answer that I have received was just next level. They were extremely rude, unprofessional, blamed me that I invent issues etc.
I do not know how this kind of casino can still operate, the attitude of support is just beyond horrible. Save your time and money and avoid this casino at all costs.
