I was sent an email offering me available cashback if I reopened my account. I accepted knowing that cashback has no cap on winnings. I wound up winning over $2000 CAD and suddenly was informed they had made a mistake and instead of cashback it was meant to be a money bonus with a cap on winnings so they confiscated my winnings and wound up offering me $100 for compensation, which I refused. Pretty awful when a casino can simply say they made a mistake and take away your winnings. I would bear that in mind when playing here, which, of course, I can't reccomend that you do.
