The player from South Carolina had had two missing withdrawal requests dating back to 11/27/2023. Despite having constantly communicated with the casino for a month, she had always been told to check back in 48 hours but ultimately no resolution had been provided. After the player's complaint, we had advised her to wait for another week for the second payment as the casino might have applied weekly/monthly withdrawal limits. The player later confirmed that all her payments had been received. Consequently, we had marked the complaint as 'resolved' in our system.

2 payments missing. First one since 11/27/2023. They keep telling me to come back in 48 hours while they escalate. THIS has been done OVER 5-10 times. SAME result. NOTHING. I sit in Live chat for HOURS sometimes trying to get these payments and STILL I keep getting this escalation excuse. They just keep telling me to come back in 48 hours but it is ALWAYS pointless. I dont understand the problem. They had no problem TAKING my money. I just want what is mine so I can block and blacklist this entire network of Enclave casinos

Could you please advise if your account is already verified and if yes, since when exactly? Did you accumulate your winnings with real money or did you use a bonus? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

LOL Nick....Yes. BEEN verified. Dont know exact date but Id say end of October beginning November. I have received payments from there before. More than once. When I get home from work tonight I can tell you exact details..BECAUSE...I JUST got 2 payments. 1 may be from Prism. If it is it is short $15. I did not do a fast pay so the fees should NOT have been that high as I was owed $200 and a $100=$300.

Bare with me until I can contact the Live Chat...again...🙁 find out if this was them.

I checked with Prism. They have confirmed the $185 sent to me today WAS them. HWEVER they charged me a $15 fee though this payment took 33 days!!!! Just waiting on 1 more payment for $100 from 12/06

As one of the payments have been processed by the casino, I would recommend to wait at least 1 more week for the other to be sent out too as they may apply some weekly/monthly withdrawal limits.

Well. It has been escalated over 6-8 times. Im being told now "it will be there within 24 hours" which I have been told several times now. This one I am giving to the end of this week before I will even go back to Live Chat.

.......the number of times I have been there already are astounding. I think even THEY will tell you that.
