They approve my withdrawal than disapprove it and cancel my withdrawal taking all of my winnings back. The coupon that is use stated no rules on first time withdrawal file This is so unfair they have my bank account information I feel like they are nothing but scam artists

I received a coupon to play I won and played various games on there casino app the casino coupon stated no rules clearly meaning I could cash out my winnings I played various games and won fair and square and when I tried to check on my withdrawal they made up a rules that wasn't stated I just want my winnings I feel cheated and not appreciated as a customer.i do not recommend anyone to this casino its a waste of time because they do not honor there coupons nor pay when you win.please believe this casino is a fraud
