A player from Montenegro had faced issues withdrawing his winnings from PlayGrand Casino. The casino had initially refused to transfer the money to his card and later cited issues with the player's bank account. After the player filed a complaint with us, we had invited a representative from PlayGrand Casino to join the conversation. The casino had then confirmed that the withdrawal was processed successfully. The player had confirmed receipt of his winnings, thus resolving the issue.

I won from deposit 300 euro

Casino you scam scheme, do not want to withdraw winnings.

They said my card are not good to receive winnings. No same problem with any other casino, always money come to my card

Then casino said that i need to use my bank account.

Now again problem with withdraw, again they said that IBAN is not good.

At this moment casino ignore my message, live chat and email do not answer.

Could you please advise if your account is already verified and if yes, since when exactly? Did you accumulate your winnings with real money or did you use a bonus? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

Please note that we recommend to wait at least 14 days for your verification/withdrawal to be processed specially if it’s your first ever request.
